Rental Rates: 01/12/2019 - 15/02/2021

Note:

• + 9% service fee to cover taxes and additional charges/fees.
• Complementary continental breakfast included.
• Full breakfast option - USD $7pp/day - paid locally - THB $225pp/day (Service fee included)
  Comprises fruit juice, fruit platter, croissants, butter and jam, eggs, cereal, tea and coffee.
• Infants cot available at no extra charge.

PAYMENT

• Initial Deposit: An initial deposit of 50% must be paid to confirm a booking, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation of availability.
  
  


• Contract: No contract will exist between with SBBV until receipt of funds.
  
  


• Funds: If funds are not received within 5 banking days the reservation shall be deemed to have been cancelled and SBBV reserves the right to allocate the Villa to another client.


• A Refundable Security Deposit: Security deposit required at time of check in, in the amount of USD $1000.


• Balance Payment: Transfer of the outstanding balance must be paid at least 45 days before the day of arrival to SBBV as provided in the Invoice details at time of booking (unless otherwise negotiated in writing).
  
  Should the booking be made within 45days of arrival the full payment is due upon confirmation and prior to arrival.


• Payment: Payment can be made either international bank transfer, nett of bank fees, or using our (Visa card only) credit card facility (administration of 2% is applicable).
  
  All bank fees, credit card and transfer fees are the responsibility of the Guest at time of payment.
  
  If SBBV does not receive the balance by the due date, SBBV reserves the right to cancel the booking and cancellation charges will apply.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION

• If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, SBBV must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
  
  Cancellations in writing received after 14 days of receipt of booking deposit incur a 20% cancellation fee. This applies to ALL BOOKINGS.
  
  The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay in the Villa:


• From 15 days after receipt of deposit up to 60 days before arrival date: 50% of payment will be refunded


• Within 45 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that SBBV secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial cancelled reservation.


• Christmas and New Year Period: For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that SBBV secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation.
  
  The above cancellation charges also apply if SBBV cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
  
  Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of SBBV.

NOTES

• Prices fixed in $USD. There may be exchange rate fluctuations on the other currencies.
• Airport Transfer max 14 people (1 trip for arrival, 1 for departure only. Further trips charged at commercial rates).
• Complimentary continental breakfast daily.
• FREE Wi-Fi internet access.
• Minimum stay of 3 nights and 7 nights Xmas/New Year.
• Check in time 2.00pm, check-out time 12pm. It may be possible to vary these times, please check with Management.
• Includes service of Villa management and staff (housekeeping, guest relations, maintenance, gardening).
• Food & wine supply on purchase cost plus 15% handling/admin, or minimum 500 Baht handling fee per shopping.
• Welcome fruit platter and cold drinking water.
• Fresh linen every 3 days, pool towel provided.
• No charge for infant cots.
• Any extra beds required over the standard beds supplied with a villa will be charged at US$50++ per person per night.
• Additional services can be provided at commercial charge for car hire, transportation, tours and trips, flights, taxi's, golf packages, spa services, room service, babysitting. See manager for booking requests.
